It’s Coming! Terminal 2 Construction Set to Start in March
Get ready for an improved airport! Beginning in March, travelers will notice
construction activity in front of Terminal 2 related to The Green Build, the largest
project in the airport’s history. The Green Build will bring
a number of long-awaited upgrades for passengers traveling in and out of the airport,
including 10 new jet gates, additional shopping and dining options and a dual-level
roadway to separate arriving and departing passengers and reduce curb-front congestion.

Business Travelers put SDIA in Top-10 for 4th Year
Business travelers surveyed by Condé Nast
Traveller magazine placed San Diego International Airport (SDIA) among their
top ten favorite airports nationwide for the fourth year in a row. Combined scores
in six key areas put SDIA in eighth place among the top U.S. airports, up from the
10th position last year.
